Alfresco AIC-POD Indirect Roasting Rod creates oven-like results right on your grill by adding an additional air gap between the food and heat. It holds a drip pan for delicious self-basting which brings out a true slow-roast flavor. The Indirect Roasting Rod can be used on any Alfresco ALXE grill.
